HEALTHY LIFE
I would like to do sports because i want to be healthy.
You must eat vegetables if you want to be healthy.
I will eat fruits because I‘m in a diet.
You must not smoke if you want to run a race.
You have to drink two liters of water everyday.
Have time for yourself is a must
If you want to be ready for the day you should sleep 8h at night.
You should not take drugs
Training your brain can be good for your health too.
You may not take drugs if you want to be a athlete.
If you not breathe you die.

What is the positive aspect of sport? For me all the sport is good to stay healthy and strong and you work your muscles and your empathy.
When people say that it is bad to do sport, it is because to do a physical sport with lack of preparation is when you suffer an injury or fracture or strain for a tension that even can hurt
However there have only been two sports in this vidio that I liked, the first swimming; Because for me being in the water especially relaxes me and I feel free and it helps me to think. And the other is chess because it makes my head work so that you have to strategize so that you can defeat the adversary you have.
